“Southern Cross” is situated in the green belt of Malindi, a coastal town with beautiful beaches on the shores of Kenya. Comprising of 2 houses (main house + studio house Agama Lizard), nestled in an 8000 M² Tropical Park-Garden with huge Mango trees, Coconut palms, various Fruit Trees and Bougainvillea hedges.
Famous Actors, Film Directors, Artists, Writers and top Managers from all over the world have enjoyed their vacations on the Southern Cross estate
The owners are, Martin Schulz, a German, and his wife Catherine ( originally from Singapore). Martin is a semi retired,internationally-known designer, who bought Southern Cross 40 years ago, and extended the Main House to include a stunningly designed Studio House, aptly named “Agama Lizard”, a big round Swimming Pool, a Fish Pond with a Waterfall Feature and many more, all surrounded by high Coral Walls.
The cozy main house is fully equipped with Air-Conditioners and Fans in all 4 bedrooms, TV room, Massage room en-suite, covered and furnished Lounge and Dining Area, Spacious external Kitchen with outside Grill between the Fish Pond and Swimming Pool.
The luxurious “Agama Lizard” house has a private Remote controlled Gate and Garage, 2 en-suite bedroom, walk-in dressing room, Study with library, spacious indoor lounge, Kitchen, a large covered furnished terrace, tv , audio/video + wireless network.
In 2012 we will be adding an external wine cellar with a luxury spa on top.
